the spa and wellness center were top, notch, and the massage services were exceptional. the rooftop pool and sun terrace offered fantastic panoramic views of the city, and the sun loungers were extremely comfortable. the rooms were elegantly decorated, and the exclusive amenities provided were of highest, quality.
The hotel had excellent service, except at the breakfast restaurant. We found prices for breakfast to be a bit expensive, and some of the meals did not meet our personal preferences.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel located in a quiet avenue close to the center of Madrid. The bathroom was modern and spacious, with plenty of room to put our own stuff. We loved the breakfast which offered an endless option of warm and cold food, and we could even order off the menu. The hotel personnel was kind and very professional, and they helped us with all our requests. Lastly, we enjoyed the beautiful and comfortable room with its amazing lighting and comfortable beds.
The pool was out of service during our visit due to the time of year.

Excellent location for sightseeing and easy access to public transportation. Impeccably clean with well-equipped, tastefully furnished rooms. Attentive and friendly staff always willing to assist. Well-reviewed restaurant and rooftop bar offer great views. Great value for money.

Loved the high-tech features of the room and the beautiful shower. Unfortunately, the terrace door wouldn't lock and people from above could see onto it. Nevertheless, the hotel location was great and efficient staff made me feel very welcome. I'd recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were helpful and accommodating. The location was perfect, as we were within walking distance of all the hotspots in this city. the facilities were clean and modern, and the breakfast was delicious. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay.

Great location near a lovely park and fabulous restaurants. Short stroll to the palace and other beautiful neighborhoods. Silent and spacious rooms with luxurious bathrooms. Endless and delicious breakfast options, both warm and cold. Excellent staff service.
Felt totally at home, nothing was too much trouble.
